Privacy & Data Handling

This notice explains how the public HUR website handles information. It does not replace the engagement-specific privacy, confidentiality, security, and records terms agreed with a client.

Information submitted through this website

The public enquiry form prepares an email in the visitor's own email application. Form entries are not submitted to or stored by the website. Once an email is sent, it is handled through the sender's and recipient's email services and retained according to applicable business, legal, and records requirements.

Self-assessment data

The Workforce Resilience Assessment runs in the visitor's browser. HUR does not receive or store answers unless the visitor chooses to copy or email the result.

What not to send initially

Do not send employee files, medical or benefits information, passwords, identity documents, confidential case records, protected legal material, proprietary datasets, or special-category personal information through an initial enquiry.

Client engagements

Before receiving client data, HUR will define the purpose, authorized users, minimum necessary information, transfer method, access, confidentiality, retention, deletion, incident expectations, subprocessors or partners, and any applicable legal or contractual requirements.

External links and downloads

The website links to external services, including LinkedIn and authoritative resources. Their privacy practices apply when visitors follow those links. Downloaded files are stored and handled by the visitor's device and browser.

Analytics and cookies

HUR does not currently use advertising cookies or active third-party behavioural analytics on this website. If analytics or new data-collection tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
