HUR is recruiting a small number of organizations for structured diagnostic and implementation pilots. The goal is to solve a real workforce problem first—and use repeated client needs to inform the future Continuity & Capability Hub.

What a pilot is
A real engagement—not a software promise.
Pilot clients receive a defined consulting outcome. Product-learning activities are explicit, secondary, and never a substitute for the agreed deliverables.
Deliver a bounded outcome
Complete an agreed diagnostic or sprint with defined evidence, outputs, ownership, timeline, and review points.
Test the workspace
Use a configurable prototype workspace where appropriate and provide structured feedback on what creates real value.
Protect the relationship
Agree confidentiality, data minimization, permissions, attribution, and any future case-study use separately and in writing.
Good design-partner fit
Organizations ready to participate—not simply observe.
